School technology support staff now have access to a network security course! The online, self-paced course is available through TCEA. The course, Network Security, prepares technology support staff through a presentation of network threats and risks they will encounter.
Managing Networks and Infrastructure
The TCEA Network Security course developer is Dr. Gary Ackerman. Dr. Ackerman has written two books on technology management in schools, and he teaches computer information systems courses. Dr. Ackerman brings a lifetime of expertise to the safeguarding networks course.
“Given the sensitive data stored, all staff must help to protect network security,” says Dr. Gary Ackerman, TCEA Course Developer.
