Are you a classroom educator who wants to move up into administration or a tech enthusiast who would like to take on a campus or leadership role in technology? With TCEA, we can help make sure you are opening the right doors!

More than Just a Job Board

TCEA is excited to announce our partnership with TopSchoolJobs to provide a career resource for our members. TopSchoolJobs is the premier career resource center hosted by Education Week, a leading publication in education. More than 900 positions are currently posted for positions in Texas and more than 17,000 openings for administrators, teaching positions, and support staff are available nationwide.

TopSchoolJobs offers a robust resource for interviewers and candidates. For candidates seeking a new position, you can:

  • Create a free account and upload your resume so employers can view it and reach out to you
  • Sign up for custom job alerts to be emailed to you
  • Take advantage of a free resume review service (this is phenomenal!)

FREE Resume Review!

The free resume review will provide feedback on the design, structure, and content of your resume from a certified professional career coach and resume writer. You can even continue further (for a small fee) to have a review of your LinkedIn profile and other sources you use in your job seeking journey, to ensure your best assets are conveyed and you stand out from other candidates.

Do You Have a Position to Fill?

TCEA members can post open positions at a discounted rate. You can also search the resumes of current candidates seeking employment and reach out to them directly.

Be the Best of the Best; Hire the Best of the Best

TCEA’s Technology/IT Director certification course is for committed district-level technology or IT directors, or those that are on their path to becoming one. During the program, participants hone the skills required to be a successful district technology leader and create impactful change for student learning. Achieving this certification proves the knowledge and scope of the role and shows a commitment to the understanding of leading technology initiatives.
Take the first step in your certification journey today.

If you’re a campus technology specialist, digital learning coach, or instructional coach, you will find the CTS certification program perfect for your job needs. Participants learn how to help adult learners try new things, what effective professional development looks like, how to motivate learners, different coaching strategies to try, and ways to fully integrate technology into the teaching and learning process.
